All deliveries are subject to Timeless Treasure Boutique's terms and conditions. When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

Timeless Treasure Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions published on the website at the time the agreement is concluded apply to this agreement. All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Defenities

In these general terms and conditions the following terms are understood to mean:

  • Entrepreneur: Timeless Treasure Boutique, the seller of products via the webshop.
  • Customer: the natural person or legal entity who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur via the webshop.
  • Agreement: the purchase agreement that arises between the customer and the entrepreneur as soon as the customer places an order and it is confirmed by the entrepreneur.
  • Product(s): all items offered by Timeless Treasure Boutique, including clothing, accessories, gifts, home decoration and (vintage) tableware.
  • New items: Products sold as new, unused and without signs of wear.
  • Secondhand/Vintage items: Products that have been used previously and may therefore contain signs of wear.
  • Right of withdrawal: the customer's right to cancel the agreement and return the product within 14 days of receipt (if applicable, see Article 5).
  • Working day: a calendar day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Timeless Treasure Boutique.

1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.


2. Products

2.1 The products consist of a mix of new and used items. Used items may show signs of wear. This will be noted in the product description where possible.

2.2 We do our best to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color or detail are possible.


3. Orders and payment

3.1 An order is final once payment has been completed.

3.2 Payment can only be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

3.3 All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.


4. Shipping and delivery

4.1 Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days of receipt of payment.

4.2 We are not responsible for delays or damage caused during transport by the delivery service.

4.3 Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.


5. Returns and exchanges

5.1 New items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Consumer obligations during the cooling-off period

5.11 During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as they would be allowed to do in a store.

5.2 Second-hand and vintage items cannot be returned unless the product deviates significantly from the description upon receipt.

5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Liability

6.1 Timeless Treasure Boutique is not liable for damage resulting from the use of delivered products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

6.2 The maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.


7. Privacy

7.1 We handle personal data with care and use it exclusively for processing orders.

7.2 Data will not be provided to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the order (for example, shipping services).


8. Force Majeure

8.1 In the event of force majeure (such as strikes, delays, natural disasters), we have the right to suspend or terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.


9. Applicable law

9.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.

9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
