GENERAL

  • I have a question about the items in the web shops, where can I email them?

    Do you have a question about your order or a product? You can email us at online@ttboutique.nl. If you have any general questions, comments, or even tips for us (because those are always welcome too 🙂 ), you can email us at info@ttboutique.nl.

ORDERS

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Once you've placed your order, we'll begin processing it immediately. We strive to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive your products without delay.


    This means there's only a limited window of opportunity to cancel your order or make changes, such as changing your address. You can always try sending us an email, but nothing is guaranteed. We will always do our best to help you find a solution together.


    Please note that once your order has been packed or shipped, we can no longer make any changes.


  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! You can indicate when ordering that you'd like to pick up your order. You'll receive the exact pickup address once we've packed your order and it's ready for you. Pickup is by appointment only!


  • Do I have a guarantee on my order?

    We pack your orders with great care and attention. Unfortunately, we cannot control how the delivery service handles them. If you are not satisfied or if something breaks during transport, we are very sorry. Please contact us so we can assist you further.

  • When can I expect my order?

    We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible! We aim for a shipping time of less than two business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Can I track my order?

    Once we have posted your package, you will receive an email with information about track & trace.

  • What to do if my package hasn't been delivered yet?

    That's so annoying! Please contact us after the 5 business days have passed. We'll provide you with more information about your package!

  • Delivery times during promotions and holidays?

    During holidays and promotions, we and our delivery services are often much busier than usual. We always do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that your order may arrive later than usual. We apologize for this!

RETURN

  • Can I exchange or return my order?

    Yes! This is possible, provided it meets the conditions*. You have a 14-day cooling-off period with us. Send us a message via the contact form so we can help you further.

    PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the product!


    *You can return your product if it meets the following requirements:

    - The product is unused and in original condition.

    - The return form has been completed (you will receive this after contacting us)

    - the request is made within 14 days after the order has been placed
